We have a systematic approach that starts with our initial buyer interview and moves forward from there. Read our detailed approach below.
1. Initial Interview

Receive our informative packet of information which includes samples of Seller's disclosures, CA Residential Purchase Contract and our Buyer's Guide To The Home Buying Process.

Discuss you wants and needs

Talk about the lending process and recommend our preferred lenders
2. Communication

Send you email alerts that will notify you immediately when homes matching your criteria come on the MLS

Give you weekly feedback of what we saw on brokers tour, new just listed and any coming soon properties

Get feedback from you about any open homes you may have seen on your own
3. Home Tours

Schedule tours to familiarize you with areas to live that might match your needs

Schedule property tours to view new homes as they come on the market
4. Writing A Purchase Contract

Deliver you copies of all reports and sellers disclosures on any given property

Communicate with listing agent to get knowledge on offer date and any special seller wishes

Review and determine the specifics needed to complete your offer to make sure it reflects your wishes and needs

Electronically send you all necessary paperwork where signatures are needed

Confirm with you that we have received everything necessary to submit your offer
5. Negotiations

Schedule appointment time to personally present your offer to the seller's agent

Call you to give you an update on how the meeting went and discuss any counter offers
6. Escrow & Inspections

Introduce you to our transaction co-coordinator who will be responsible for assisting with the completion of all necessary paperwork

Deliver a transaction timeline to you with important dates to remember
